-Change is most effective or, palatable, when staying focused on the one person you have full control over. You. Exercising the well being basics, will naturally impact those closest to you, more effectively than attempts to control.

-Change is attainable when taking baby steps.

-Change can be long term if you practice a new habit or pattern for 90 days.
